We start the process with a free of charge face to face meeting and if you decide to take our business rescue service we will set up the first team meeting and start to work on your behalf.
The steps we follow are:
- Gather management information on the current situation
- Review of your business situation, finances and projections for the next 6 months
- Review of costs and formulate short term actions for cost reduction
- Review cash flow position and set up appropriate trading terms and conditions
- If working capital is an issue find short term finace options to increase working capital
- Review products/services, market potential, sales and marketing strategy
- Review the relationships with banks and other financiers, customers, suppliers and staff. Define appropriate measures to correct inbalances
- Rescue meeting: We will present the solution to you and suggest ways of implementing it. However we will also be honest and if we think that there really is no possibility to save the business we will advice you how to proceed with insolvency matters.
This process will take up to a month in which we will meet several times. On a daily basis we will keep in contact via e-mail and telphone. The price for this service is £2500 + VAT, which is invoiced as a consultancy fee.
